All the items on my website are from my personal collection. I have been collecting dolls and toys for a number of years and have decided it's time to sell off the majority of my collection. I am not an expert, simply a collector and describe items to the best of my ability. Please email me with any questions before you place an order. I may miss something in my description that is very important to you.
I do have some duplicate items but the majority are one of a kind so if you see something you can't live without it may not be available the next time you check back.
Unless an item is marked MIB or NRFB it was pre-owned and probably played with unless otherwise indicated. Played with items have been cleaned and are ready to display - if this is not the case I will indicate it in the listing. All items, while in my possession, come from a smoke free, pet free, home and are free of odors.
All items sold, AS IS. I have tried to give accurate descriptions of each item. Please ask questions before placing your order.
Item Descriptions being used
NRFB - Box is still sealed from manufacturer. If seal has been broken I will indicate this.
MIB - Box seal has been broken and item may have been on display. Doll or item is in mint condition.
Mint/Near Mint - the item is in like new condition, similar to an item that has just been removed from the box.
EC - Excellent - Doll's hair is similar to the original set and outfit is clean and crisp without spots.
VGC - Very Good - The item is in reasonably good condition. It may show its age somewhat and hair may have been washed and combed into the original set. Clothing may have some fading.
GC - Good - Marks may be visible.
Fair - The item has some flaws, marks, etc. These may detract from how displayable the doll is. Flaws, marks etc. will be listed.
Poor - Doll or other item is in played with condition and in some cases needs some restoration. I have very few items in this category. The flaws will always be listed.
Unless described as NRFB OR MINT IN BOX, most vintage items will show some signs of age or wear. I'm always happy to answer any questions you may have or send additional pictures..
ORDERING
Minimum Order: Because of the high cost of gas I now have a $10 minimum order for the US. If you live in the US and use PayPal there is no minimum. International orders are minimum of $15.00.
Ordering: I will be happy to answer any questions or provide additional details or photos. Please put the item name in the "subject line" of your email or it may be deleted as spam. I will get back to you as soon as possible to answer any questions or to let you know if an item is still available. I will need the item name and number as listed on the website. If you don't hear from me within two days your email has probably not been received - please try again.
Shipping: I can ship USPS or FedEx. Books will be shipped media mail unless you specify otherwise. I am always happy to combine orders to save on shipping costs. I prefer USPS Priority mail but will ship what works best for you.
I strongly recommend you insure any item over $25.00. I cannot be responsible for uninsured packages. Insurance is required on any item that is breakable or can be damaged in transit. Most items will be mailed with Delivery Confirmation. If an item is insured it is the buyers responsibility to file the claim for any loss. In case of loss I will email you a copy of the insured receipt.
If an item is to be shipped overseas and I have to make several trips to the post office there will be handling charges. Items shipped overseas are not insured unless you choose priority mail. I do not ship via COD.
Payment: I accept USPS money orders, cashier's checks. If you use Bill Pay with your bank I will also accept a check from them. I will accept cash on some items. I do not accept personal checks. If you send a personal check I will void it and email you a copy of the voided check.
I do charge a handling fee for using PayPal.
International orders can be quite expensive considering the exchange rate and the postage cost. I will accept international orders only if paid in US dollars. There may be additional costs on international items.
I accept only US currency - no exceptions.
I DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
NO EXCEPTIONS.
Hold Policy: I will reserve your items for seven (7) days from receiving your confirming order via e-mail. If I do not receive your payment within the seven (7) days (unless prior arrangements have been made) I will assume you are no longer interested in the item and the item will then be available for purchase by other interested buyers. I will hold an item only if a deposit has been made.
Lay-a-ways and Deposits: I will do lay-a-ways and accept deposits to hold an item/items. If you do not carry through on the purchase of the item/items the deposit will not be refunded. Lay-a-ways and deposits must be finalized within 60 days.
Returns: I do not accept returns unless the item has been misrepresented by me. Please e-mail me for authorization on any return within two days of receiving the product. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed. The item/box must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you. All NRFB items are non-returnable. If there is damage you will need to file an insurance claim with the carrier. I will always list the condition of any boxed item in my description and I'm happy to provide additional pictures.
